1. Your order

   is binding and will be dispatched by us with highest diligence.
2. Supplies are carried out at buyers risk and expense starting from Vienna. Obvious damages of the dispatch tubes are to be complained immediately at the deliverer.
3. The goods delivered shall remain our property until complete payment.
4. Starting from receipt of the goods the customer has a right to return the goods within fourteen days if the commodity is in unused condition.
5. We acept payment with credit card or we dispatch after pre-payment. At payment via visa or euro and/or MASTERCARD credit card there is high data security by SSL data transfer encoding.
6. Invoicing invariably in Euro.
